Overview
Starting up a business is not simple! Most businesses fail in their start-up phase due to the owner’s lack of knowledge and skills in business start-up or management. Therefore, this Diploma in Innovation and Small Business Management at QLS Level 3 has been developed to help entrepreneurs and small business owners set up successful business ventures that thrive in the long run. This course, with its 9 comprehensive modules, will guide you on how to identify good opportunities, develop a product or service, gain prominence in the marketplace and to test your prototype to see if it has a considerable amount of audience.
This course will enlighten you on innovation and how it can lead to growth in your business. You will be provided with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to apply your innovative ideas into your business and to carry out relevant research and development activities. This course has also dedicated a few modules that will teach you on how to use the innovative framework and on how to compile an action plan.
You will be walked through how to operate small businesses, how to apply technology to your business, how to go ahead with global start-ups and how to measure your innovative performance, all the while presenting you with practical tips and tricks to add value to your organisation. By the end of this course, you will be well acquainted with starting up and operating successful small business ventures.
