We’re glad you’ve decided to submit a testimonial for us. We love authentic testimonials, where the learner is speaking naturally and doesn’t sound as though they are reading from a script.
However, we have put together a simple guide to help you structure the content of your submission. When submitting a testimonial, please include the following:

- Tell us about yourself - include your name and which course you have completed.
- How would you rate the quality of the course, study materials and the expertise of your tutor?
- What features of the platform did you find most useful for your learning experience? (e.g., the accessibility and convenience of online learning, regular assessment quizzes to check progress etc.)
- How satisfied were you with the customer service support offered?
- How has the course you've taken impacted your personal and professional growth? Or how do you hope it will benefit you in the future?
- What sets us apart from other online platforms you have used in the past?
- How do you feel about the value for money offered by the platform, considering the quality of the courses and resources available?
Technical guide for video submissions
Here are some technical things to consider when recording your video testimonial. To ensure the video is recorded correctly, please follow these instructions:
- Record in landscape mode, in the highest quality available – recording on a phone with a HD camera will suffice.
- Choose a plain background (such as a white wall) where there is good, natural lighting – avoid cluttered or colourful backgrounds.
- Choose a quiet location - avoid any background noise or disturbances when recording.
- Record with a steady camera - use a tripod or stand if you have one!
- Speak clearly and always look directly into the camera.
- Speak in plain English - please do not use offensive or derogatory language.
Technical guide for written and photo submissions
Here are some technical things to consider when recording your video testimonial. To ensure the video is recorded correctly, please follow these instructions:
- Written testimonials should be minimum 250 words.
- Photos must include the learner only holding up their certificate and looking directly into the camera.
- Do not obscure your face with the certificate and remember to SMILE!
- Photos can be taken in landscape or portrait mode in the highest quality available – using a phone with a HD camera will suffice.
- Choose a plain background (such as a white wall) where there is good, natural lighting – avoid cluttered or colourful backgrounds.
Your testimonial will be verified by our team internally to ensure quality and compliance with our guidelines. Once approved, our customer service team will be in touch regarding secure payment.*

By submitting a testimonial, in video, image or written format, for the Course Provider, you ("the student") agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Consent and License: By creating and submitting a testimonial, in video, image or written format, you grant us, our affiliates, and our partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your testimonial, including your name, likeness, voice, and any other information you provide in the testimonial, in any media or format, for any purpose related to the Course Provider, including but not limited to marketing, promotion, and customer support.
- Original Content: You represent and warrant that your testimonial is your original work, and that you have the right to grant the aforementioned license to us. You agree not to submit any content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Financial Reward: In consideration for your submission of a testimonial, you will be eligible to receive a financial reward, as determined by us in our sole discretion, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The amount of the financial reward, as well as any terms and conditions applicable to the payment or redemption of such reward, will be communicated to you at the time of submission or approval of your video testimonial. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the financial reward program at any time, without notice, in our sole discretion.
- Compliance with Guidelines: You agree to comply with any guidelines or requirements provided by us in relation to the creation and submission of testimonials, including but not limited to content, format, length, and submission deadlines.
- Student Conduct: You agree that your testimonial will not contain any content that is inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or community standards. You also agree not to make any false or misleading statements about the Course Provider, its instructors, or its content.
- Review and Approval: We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any testimonial, in video, image or written format, submitted by you, in our sole discretion, without notice. By submitting a testimonial, you acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to use or display your testimonial on our website, social media, or any other marketing channels.
- Privacy: By submitting a testimonial, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information, including your name, likeness, and any other information provided in the testimonial, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Liability: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Course Provider, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your testimonial, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, your negligence or misconduct, or any infringement of the rights of any third party.
- Termination: We reserve the right to remove or delete your testimonial from our website, social media, or other marketing channels at any time, without notice, in our sole discretion.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Course Provider is based, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
By submitting a testimonial, in video, image or written format, for the Course Provider, you ("the student") agree to the following terms and conditions:
